Placing OrdersGenerally orders should be placed by 3.00pm the previous day to ensure guaranteed delivery of your specific requirements. Orders can be placed anytime from 7 days to the day prior to the event. We are able to take short-notice orders for sandwiches and beverages, and small quantities of other products such as cakes up to 3 - 4 hours before required delivery. Urgent short-notice orders for small to medium quantities only, may be accommodated, but is dependent on time of day and the actual lead time provided. These orders will normally be required to be picked up from the shop unless staff are available. Cancelling OrdersCancellation prior to 3pm on the previous day to the scheduled event incurs no cancellation charges. Cancellation from 3pm to 5pm on the previous day to the scheduled event incurs a charge not exceeding 10% of the order. Cancellation on the day but before preparation is commenced incurs a cancellation charge of 50%. Preparation commencement depends on the number of all orders for the day and when they are required, this may be as early as 6.00 am. Cancellation after order has been completed and is awaiting delivery - full charge. Delivery ServicesWe can deliver those products detailed in the menu including a complete range of non-alcoholic beverages. With 24 hours notice we are able to respond to special requests for food. Orders less than $25.00 can be accommodated but will need to be picked up at the shop. Urgent short-notice orders will also need to be picked up at the shop dependent on availability of staff. A range of quality espresso coffees can be delivered within 15 minutes of nominated delivery time. We deliver direct to conference, meeting rooms or kitchens. Depending on quantities and location of client we deliver on platters, baskets, or boxed containers either by hand or trolley delivery. We are able to cater for business meetings and conferences, informal social activities and in-house lunches. Food and beverages can be provided for breakfasts, morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas. Light refreshments after 5.00pm can be provided on request. Over 2 years we have catered for over 3,200 separate events ranging from 4 people up to 300 people as a matter of routine. |
Terms and PaymentTerms are normally nett 7 days from receipt of invoice. If your organisation processes payments on a different cycle please inform us and we will make the appropriate arrangements.
