We have a commitment to good hygiene practices in all areas of our business and to applying Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) to control food safety risks. To demonstrate this commitment we have identified the potential hazards (comprehensive risk assessment) in our business operation and implemented effective control and monitoring procedures at those points critical to food safety by developing procedures, training staff and monitoring their performance. The design, construction and maintenance of our premises and equipment are in accordance with legislation and reflect contemporary standards. The premises enjoy the substantial security offered by the security arrangements surrounding a Sydney building icon (Chifley Tower) which includes a 24x7 on site security control centre and , CCTV surveillence outside and inside the premises. Environmental ManagementThe premises and its operators are subject to the environmental standards imposed and/or expected of a major city building. Recycling and the use of environmentally friendly cleaning products is a policy and normal operating practice of the business.
