Communications is the key for the ordering process and the use of a combination of Internet Ordering, landline telephone, Facsimile and mobile phone connectivity will ensure service delivery levels are maintained.

Our Objectives - Commercial Success and Quality Foods

'ntice is committed to consistently meeting and exceeding the catering needs of our customers. We are committed to producing and delivering safe, wholesome products, on time, every time, using the freshest, quality foods available to meet the requirements of our customers.

We wholly accept the aims and provisions of the Food Standards Code, Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and Quality Standards, all of which are reflected in our business practices.

We have a commitment to good hygiene practices in all areas of our business and to applying Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) to control food safety risks. To demonstrate this commitment we have identified the potential hazards (comprehensive risk assessment) in our business operation and implemented effective control and monitoring procedures at those points critical to food safety by developing procedures, training staff and monitoring their performance. We have a HACCP based Food Safety Program which is independently audited.

The Food Safety Program (Manual) includes (but not limited to) policy and procedure for:

• Labelling and Traceability
• Glass and Wood Procedures
• Storage
• Cleaning
• Maintenance of Premises and Equipment
• Pest Control
• Waste Disposal
• Personal Hygiene
• Staff Training
• Food Poisoning Allegation and Customer Complaints

The design, construction and maintenance of our premises and equipment are in accordance with legislation and reflect contemporary standards.

The premises enjoy the substantial security offered by the security arrangements surrounding a Sydney building icon (Chifley Tower) which includes a 24x7 on site security control centre and , CCTV surveillence outside and inside the premises.

Environmental Management

The premises and its operators are subject to the environmental standards imposed and/or expected of a major city building. Recycling and the use of environmentally friendly cleaning products is a policy and normal operating practice of the business.

'ntice has over 10 staff with many years experience in the hospitality industry. All have corporate catering experience with 4 staff dedicated to the corporate catering task. The team consists of:
